Return Policy

All sales made through Thera-P Labs are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed or shipped. This policy is enforced to maintain product integrity, sterility, and quality, as we cannot verify handling, storage, or potential tampering after items leave our control.

In the event that an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photo evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered and may void any claim.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and confirm that you understand the intended use of the products. Any misuse, improper handling, or use outside of stated purposes is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims will be treated as a violation of this agreement and may result in order blacklisting, account restrictions, and further action where applicable.
